Student Ambassadors Program

These innovative, entrepreneurially-minded students from universities across the country took part in a four-day training session led by NCIIA and Epicenter members.

At the training session, the Student Ambassadors took part in ideation, team-building, and strategic communication exercises. With the goal of making a meaningful positive impact on their home campuses during the 2012-13 academic year, the ambassadors will sponsor entrepreneurship-themed events, hands-on challenges and networking opportunities that will inspire and galvanize thousands of students nationwide.

“I was blown away by the enthusiasm, ingenuity and resourcefulness the ambassadors demonstrated during the training workshop. I can’t wait to see what they start back at their schools,” said Leticia Britos Cavagnaro, Epicenter’s Associate Director. “I truly believe students will be key players in sparking a movement that demonstrates the incredible value of infusing entrepreneurship and innovation at the core of engineering education. Our mission at the Epicenter is to give them support and encouragement, and shine a light on the great things they are doing.”
