Sr. Program Officer, Faculty Programming
The National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance (NCIIA) is seeking to fill a faculty programming position in its Amherst, Massachusetts office.
This position oversees faculty development initiatives, including a partnership with the National Center for Engineering Pathways to Innovation (Epicenter); NCIIA's Course & Program grants program; and management of key NCIIA faculty initiatives. This position reports to the Vice President, Programs, NCIIA.

NCIIA is a 17-year-old, national nonprofit organization that promotes science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship in universities and colleges across the U.S. We provide thought-leadership, funding and training to support the innovation process from the start of a new idea to the creation of self-sustaining enterprises that benefit society. Our work has led to the launch of 180 new ventures, 71% of which are still operating or have had successful exits.
Founded with support from the Lemelson Foundation, NCIIA also receives substantial funding from the National Science Foundation, the United States Agency for International Development and other funders. We are a growing organization with an annual budget of $9 million dollars.
